Benefits of scents:
Lavender: is believed to help promote calmness and wellness and reduce stress, anxiety, and help improve sleep.
Bergamot: Commonly used to elevate mood and alleviate stress, bergamot oil has properties similar to grapefruit essential oil in that it is antiseptic, antispasmodic and analgesic (pain-relieving)
Orange: Appears to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. May give pain relief and possibly anti-cancer and antioxidant activity. May also help exercise performance, weight loss and insecticide activity.
